Toppings: Besides 100% Mozzarella Cheese and cup & char Pepperoni, I have a variety of sausages. Italian Sausage, Jalapeño Pork Sausage, Spicy Cajun Sausage, Jalapeño Pork Cheddar Sausage, Portuguese Hawaiian Sausage, and Pineapple Portuguese Hawaiian Sausage. My stock is based on what my supplier has in stock as it does vary from week to week, though I do try to keep a consistent supply, but I do run out from time to time.
The off menu items are currently actually off the menu. (I miss you think crust not really Detroit style Detroit style. I’ll bring you back someday.)
