Toppings: Besides 100% Mozzarella Cheese and cup & char Pepperoni, I have a variety of sausages. My stock is based on what my supplier has in stock as it does vary from week to week, though I do try to keep a consistent supply, but I do run out from time to time. Typically I have Italian Sausage, Jalapeño Pork Sausage, Spicy Cajun Sausage, Pork Cheddar Jalepeno Sausage, and Pineapple Portuguese Hawaiian Sausage. These are sometimes on the delivery apps, sometimes they’re not, it’s always best to call. 714-526-5777
If you’re going to be here and ask nicely, I might even make you a square (ok, it’s a rectangle 10″x14″) thick crust pizza. I don’t want to call it Detroit style as I’ve never been to Detroit. This is definitely a let me know in advance pizza as it takes hours of extra prep time as the dough needs to be handled differently and in a very special way to make it great. I also make what I call a Beehive by request, which looks like a cinnamon roll, but is filled with cheese, pepperoni, and hot honey, and it’s stupid good.
