Toppings: Besides 100% Mozzarella Cheese and cup & char Pepperoni, I have a variety of sausages. Italian Sausage, Jalapeño Pork Sausage, Spicy Cajun Sausage, Jalapeño Pork Cheddar Sausage, Portuguese Hawaiian Sausage, and Pineapple Portuguese Hawaiian Sausage. My stock is based on what my supplier has in stock as it does vary from week to week, though I do try to keep a consistent supply, but I do run out from time to time.
For the time being, the only topping options are Cheese, Pepperoni, Jalapeños. It’s a long story, and if you really want to know, ask and I’ll be happy to discuss. Actually you can ask about anything I’d be happy to chat while I make your pizza!
The off menu items are currently actually off the menu. (I miss you thick crust not really Detroit style but some people would call you that, because that’s what they think of when they see you. I’ll bring you back someday. I promise!)
